To all our Rosatis Advertisers,
we regret to inform you that Rosati’s Pizza Bar in Cinco Ranch has gone out of business and permanently closed its doors Sunday Nov 17th. According to our contract with the restaurant, YourTableAds was supposed to be notified at least 60 days in advance, but we only learned about this closure very recently.
All table ads had been sold, and we were in the process of setting an install date but had not been in good contact with the restaurant as it seems they were shutting down. However, do not worry; we have a policy and procedure in place for such situations. In the event of a location going out of business, we reserve the right to transfer your Ad to the next closest location. In this case, that would be either:
  • Bogies Pub & Grill 2803 Dulles Avenue, Missouri City, TX 77459
  • Bogies Pub & Grill 9330 Broadway St, Suite E500, Pearland, TX 77584
If you have a preferred restaurant location, please let us know by sending an email to sales@yourtanleads.com no later than this Friday December 6, 2024. Keep in mind, you will maintain a similar size ad or larger and a similar table location depending on the layout design. Additionally, we will give you an extra six months of YourTableAds absolutely free. Thus, your ad will be featured on all our tables for a minimum of 2 ½ years from the install date, which is projected around the start of the year.
If you need to update your table advertisement (e.g., contact info, QR Code, etc.), please let us know by 12-15-2024 to ensure we have enough time to transfer all advertisers and make any design changes.
If these options do not work for you then you may choose from the following options:
  1. Hold you a credit in which you may use towards a future restaurant ad at a more desirable location.
  2. Our legal team can help you draft paperwork so you can claim this as a complete loss on your taxes.
Once again, I apologize for this inconvenience, but this closure is beyond our control. We are doing our best to honor our commitment to you as one of our loyal customers.
